The site is the property of the ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF GYNECOLOGICAL AESTHETICS (SREG)

, a duly registered company operating in accordance with the laws of Romania, registered with the Trade Register under No. Special Register 4 / 19.01.2021, having CIF 44010588, named during this Section, SREG , with its registered office on 9 Magheru Blvd., sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.

2. Intellectual property:

The content of the Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. All published materials (including, but not limited to, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio and video clips also known as ‘Content’) are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by ASOCIAŢIA SOCIETATEA ROMÂNĂ DE GYNECOLOGICAL AESTHETICS (SREG)   or by the provider of these ‘Content’ services as provided by applicable copyright law.

You may download or copy the Content and other downloadable items on the Website, promotional materials, and content posted on platforms or social networks for personal use only, provided you retain all copyright and other comments contained therein. Copying or storing Content for purposes other than personal is prohibited.

3. Limitation of liability

SREG will not be liable for any loss and / or damage resulting from the use of this site or any other site to which SREG provides a link and / or use of the information presented on this or any other website.

Although our goal is to provide you with up-to-date and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that these pages are error-free, although we will take every effort to remedy them. In this regard, SREG cannot be held responsible for any damage to the products of the user of the Site. Anyone wishing to purchase the Services presented on the Site is encouraged to contact us by email or at the headquarters to inquire about the availability of the Service in question, as well as the contractual conditions and related fees.

For complaints you can enter the website of the National Authority for Consumer Protection.

SREG may change the price of recurring products from time to time and will notify you in advance of any price changes and, if applicable, how to accept these changes. Therefore, make sure that you read carefully any such price change notification.

Payments are non-refundable and there are no reimbursements or credits for partially used periods.

4. Website changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including the availability of any features, databases or service content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability.                                                       

5. Return and delivery policy:

If, for objective reasons, the student wishes to cancel the course after paying it, he is entitled to a refund if he submits the return request no later than 15 days after the purchase of the course.

No financial refunds are made for courses in the following cases:

● if the return request was made later than 15 days from the purchase of the course;       

● if after completing the course you were not satisfied with it or the content provided.       

The refund of the payment already paid can be made by an email sent to contact@sreg.ro.

Digital products are only sent in electronic format (to the e-mail address specified in the order), so there are no physical products to be delivered to the customer. Payment for the products of the www.sreg.ro site is made exclusively online.

As the courses and products on the site are digital services / products that are not delivered on material support (ie online courses, e-books), the delivery will be made exclusively online. In this sense, SREG COURSES & TRAINING SRL will provide the client with all the information necessary to access the digital services (ie access method, link) to the e-mail address provided by him on the occasion of the placement.

Digital products are an exception to the usual conditions of return as they are considered services by the legislation in force. It is the customer’s obligation and responsibility to verify the compatibility information and instructions publicly available on www.sreg.ro

To the extent that the client received access to resources, in accordance with the order placed on the site, it will be considered that the service that the ASSOCIATION OF THE ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF GYNECOLOGICAL AESTHETICS (SREG)   undertook to provide was performed and accepted by the client. The access links offered to the client cannot be withdrawn once they have been sent and, insofar as they are functional under the conditions and for the devices specified on the site, it will be considered that the ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF GYNECOLOGICAL AESTHETICS (SREG)   has fulfilled all obligations to the customer. In these situations it is not possible to return the value of these services.

According to GEO 34/2014, the excluded products without the right of return:

Providing digital content that is not delivered on material support (software applications, including digital products – digital books, courses, etc.) delivered via a download link and / or activation key).

6. Eligibility

In order to legally place an order on our website you must (1) have over 18 and / or full capacity to exercise, (2) agree to the Terms and Personal Data Protection Policies; and (3) provide us with real, complete and up-to-date contact information.

7. Rules regarding the use of the site

Rules. By accessing, visiting, placing an order or carrying out any other activity on our site, you promise to abide by the following rules:

You will not place any false or fraudulent order, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the competent authorities or to go to court to recover any damages caused.

You will provide real, accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

You will not take any action that could cause any damage to our site, otherwise we reserve the right to go to court to recover any damage caused.

Consequences. We reserve the right to block the access of any user who violates the above rules, to cancel orders, to notify the competent authorities for the prosecution of any antisocial acts and to bring us to justice for the full recovery of any damages. caused, present or future, including unrealized benefits and legal costs (including lawyers’ fees).

8. Conclusion of the contract

Date of conclusion of the contract. The contract between you and us is concluded when your order will be expressly accepted by us and you will receive, in this regard, an e-mail in which we will confirm the order.

Protection. If we do not accept the order, but your money has been withdrawn, we will refund these amounts as soon as possible. The Terms and Conditions are not, within the meaning of civil law, an offer, but an invitation to tender.

The decision is ours. We reserve the right to decide, unilaterally and without specifying the reason, whether or not to conclude a contract. We will not be liable to you if we refuse to process an order.

9. Placing the order

The order is placed online. Once you have chosen the price or product you want to order and press the order button, the price / product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart. Once you have entered all the courses / products you want to buy in your shopping cart, you will be able to place your order by scrolling through the order page. We cannot guarantee that the products or courses found at any time on the site will be available at any time for purchase. We will not be liable to you if a course / product is no longer available on the site.

Although we will try to have real-time information on the availability of courses / products on the site, we cannot guarantee that this information will be updated at any time.

11. The price of the products. Billing. The payment.

The price of the courses / products is displayed in lei on the website and does not contain the value added tax, the company not being a VAT payer. The price of the courses / products is the one displayed on the site, unless there is an error. To the extent that there is an error, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will refund the additional amount paid or request an additional amount. If the new price is not satisfactory to you, you do not respond to our request or we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid as soon as possible.

The prices of the courses / products can be updated / modified at any time, and this update / modification will replace any previous price. Prices will be applied to your order from the time the order is actually placed.

Payment for ordered products can be made by bank card without excluding other payment methods. The processing of the data on your card is done through EuPlătesc.ro, and we will not store any data related to your card.

For payment by card, the issuing institution will validate and authorize the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons independent of us (ie non-existent funds on the card, expired card), the contract between us does not end and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you can try again to process the payment with a valid card.

The company is the data controller regarding the processing of your personal data, within the meaning of the General Regulation on Data Protection no. 679/2016 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect from you or that you provide on www.sreg.ro and how this information may be used or disclosed by us. Our privacy policy does not apply to information collected from any third party site that may link to or be accessible from our Sites.

The data provided / recorded in the previously defined context are important. This information helps us to improve your experience with SREG, on the Website www.sreg.ro. The information sent by the visitor / user through the forms on the Site – contact forms, course registration forms or the Newsletter Subscription form, can be classified as personal data, and they are stored in a secure database.

This data can be classified as personal data because it allows us to identify the person who initiated the communication (by name, phone number, email address and others as appropriate). Depending on your personal goals, you choose to provide this data for information purposes about SREG Services.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes mentioned below in compliance with legal provisions, security and confidentiality measures.

The use of the Site www.sreg.ro, does not imply and does not imply transmission of personal data from visitors / users, but when you choose to interact with the Site, implicitly with SREG in order to register for courses or request of extra information (not available on the site), certain personal data will be requested through the form related to the action you want to take. Below are the situations in which visitors / users can submit personal data:

Filling in the Newsletter subscription form – Name, surname, telephone number, city, specialty degree and email address – for sending promotional messages, news and other materials that may be of interest to the consumer.

Completing the course registration form – Name, surname, telephone number, city, degree, specialty, and email address. In order for the communication process to be bidirectional, this data will be used for communication purposes. At the time of booking the course, other personal data may be requested in order to provide the requested Service (elaboration of the contract, invoice, diplomas, as the case may be).

Filling in the contact form – Name, surname, email address and telephone number. In order for the communication process to be bidirectional, this data will be used for communication purposes.

● Processing of personal data       

Personal data may be processed in the following circumstances:

Provision of SREG Services (elaboration of contracts, invoicing and collection of the value of the Services)

Communication with visitors / users of the Site through various means (email, telephone, etc.) Organizing and holding courses in the forms known and allowed by law

Marketing and market research, promotion, communication of general and personalized offers, general and personalized advertising messages directly or through third parties (Hubspot)

Managing customer relations and / or potential customers (sending offers in relation to the requested Services)
